PRODUCTS
Many of our products are handmade, made to order or personalised. This may result in small differences in colour, finish or appearance. We do our best to display products as accurately as possible.
ORDERS
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of:
incorrect pricing information;
suspected fraud;
incorrect customer details;
or other unforeseen circumstances.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
SHIPPING
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Yours Sincerely Calligraphy is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or other external parties.
RETURNS
For information about returns and refunds, please refer to our Return Policy.
Personalised or custom-made products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under European consumer law.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. In the event of damage or an incorrect product being delivered, contact us within 48 hours at yourssincerelycalligraphy@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos and calligraphy work, is the property of Yours Sincerely Calligraphy and may not be copied, used or distributed without written permission.
PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
LIABILITY
We do our best to display accurate information on our website. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur.
Yours Sincerely Calligraphy is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or delays beyond our reasonable control.
